At Flavius Counselling Services, I provide online person-centred counselling for adults, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at your own pace. My work is person-centred, meaning you remain at the heart of every session, with therapy shaped around your unique needs and goals. I also use integrative approaches when helpful, drawing on different therapeutic models to support your individual journey.
I support individuals navigating demanding careers, leadership responsibilities, or public-facing roles, providing a discreet and confidential space to reflect on work-related stress, burnout, or life transitions.
As a Black therapist, I value the role of culture, identity, and lived experience in therapy. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and offer a supportive environment where experiences relating to cultural, racial, or intergenerational trauma can be explored safely.
